Montessori Coaches Training

Coaches Training is an 18-hour workshop (Thursday and Friday all day) for Montessori experienced adults (coaches, level heads, school leaders, and others) interested in supporting teachers and schools. The training includes:

• Orientation to a coaching model that focuses on the needs of adults working in Montessori schools Tools to support a school-wide community of reflective practice.
• Training and practice with classroom observation using tools and rubrics that support a strong Montessori program.
• Training and practice with effective Montessori-oriented one-on-one conversations with staff that respect adult development and promote growth.
• Membership in a digitally-connected national community of Montessori coaches.
